Why We Test Before We Prescribe
Most telehealth companies skip the labs or run a 12-marker basic panel. We run 60+ markers across six categories. The reason is simple: a protocol built without data is a guess. A protocol built from your specific biomarkers is a plan.
Your lab order is placed within 24 hours of acceptance. You visit any LabCorp or Quest location — no appointment needed, walk-in friendly. Results are returned to your physician in 3-5 business days, at which point your protocol design begins.
Category 1 — Hormonal & Endocrine
The most overlooked driver of executive burnout. These markers govern decision speed, drive, emotional regulation, and recovery.
Category 2 — Metabolic & Energy Systems
Energy crashes and afternoon fog are often metabolic — not motivational. Insulin resistance is the silent killer of executive output and rarely caught by standard bloodwork.
Category 3 — Cardiovascular & Inflammation
Chronic inflammation is one of the leading causes of cognitive fatigue and recovery failure. ApoB and Lp(a) are the most predictive cardiovascular markers — and almost never included in standard panels.
Category 4 — Cognitive & Brain Performance
Brain fog, recall issues, and diminished strategic clarity often trace back to B12 depletion, low omega-3, or magnesium deficiency — all correctable with the right protocol.
Category 5 — Stress & Recovery
The cortisol-to-DHEA ratio is one of the most telling indicators of physiological burnout. It is almost never tested in conventional medicine.
Category 6 — Complete Blood & Organ Health
Subclinical liver stress, anemia, and kidney function all affect output — often silently. No prescription is written until we have your full organ baseline.
Standard Panels Test 12–15 Markers
The Averion panel tests 60+. The difference is not volume for its own sake — it is the specific markers that conventional medicine leaves out: ApoB, Lp(a), HOMA-IR, Free Testosterone, omega-3 index, and the cortisol/DHEA ratio. These are the markers that explain why high performers lose their edge.
