Day 1–3 — Onboarding Call
If accepted, you are scheduled for an onboarding call with a patient advocate. We walk through the program, answer questions, and set expectations.
Day 3–7 — Lab Work
You receive a lab order for a comprehensive hormonal and metabolic panel. Collected at a LabCorp or Quest near you — no appointment, walk-in friendly.
Day 7–10 — Physician Consult
A board-certified physician reviews your labs personally and meets with you via secure video. Together you design the protocol for your 90 days.
Day 10 — Medication Ships
Custom-compounded medication ships to your door from a state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. Full supplies, instructions, and ongoing shipments included.
Day 10–90 — Active Optimization
You are on protocol for the full 90 days. Your physician is directly accessible throughout. Concierge support handles everything non-clinical. If your physician determines a follow-up lab is clinically warranted at any point, it will be ordered and your protocol adjusted accordingly — but there is no automatic mid-program lab requirement.
Day 90 — Follow-Up & Final Review
Your one scheduled follow-up is at the 90-day mark. Your physician conducts a comprehensive review, orders a second lab panel if clinically indicated, and makes any final protocol adjustments based on the results. From there, you choose to continue on a maintenance protocol, taper, or transition off entirely. Always your choice.
